Matt brings a strong playing and coaching background to our staff, with experience at both the collegiate and youth levels. He played four years at Southern New Hampshire University, a perennial Top 25 Division II program, from 2017–2021, where he still holds the second-fastest 60-yard dash time in program history. He later continued his collegiate career at Penn State Abington in 2022, contributing to one of the most productive offenses in Division III baseball.

Following his playing career, Matt transitioned into coaching, working with respected organizations such as ALL OUT Baseball and Tri-State Arsenal. His experience as an elite-level athlete combined with his hands-on coaching background allows him to effectively develop players in strength, conditioning, speed, and overall athletic performance.
