Our facility features three indoor cages for baseball, an open area for field practice, and the flexibility to lift the nets to use the entire space for various sports. Kresson Sports offers private 1-on-1 lessons with our professional in-house instructors. Whether you're looking to fine-tune specific baseball skills or work on overall speed, agility and explosiveness, our instructors are available for 1 on 1 instructions.

NOTE: Once you book a lesson with an instructor, you and the instructor can decide at the time of the lesson what you want to work on, and you don’t have to decide at the time you book.

If you do not wish to have a lesson but would like to use our facility to practice, you can rent out an individual batting cage for 1 hour. Book a cage here

Kresson Sports focuses on youth speed, agility and explosiveness training. Clinics are separated by age range and aim to promote top performance, explosiveness and endurance for youth athletes. There is only a limited number of kids per class to assure that our trainers give each kid the attention that they need so click HERE to save your spot in the next clinic.

Kresson Sports’ youth arm care classes are perfect for youth baseball pitchers of all ages. These classes will focus on strengthening the areas of the body which are used to throw a baseball to help prevent injury and to improve overall performance. Contact us to save your spot in the next clinic.

Hours: 9 am-1:30 pm M-F
This camp is for ages 7-13 and will be broken up by age during the day to participate in hitting, fielding, pitching, catching, and competitions. There will be multiple instructors, prizes, awards, fun activities, and air conditioning. Bring your own lunch!
