More About ArmCare

The ArmCare.com device is a cutting edge tool that measures strength and key areas of the pitcher’s arm: the rotator cuff, scapula, and forearms. With this data, we can identify specific weaknesses and implement customized exercises to target and improve those deficiencies. This isn’t guesswork- it’s precision training backed by measurable metrics. By tracking progress over time, we not only hold athletics accountable but also help them understand their own arm health. Strength matters most and we need to have strong arms in order to be able to handle the fatigue of pitching.

This level of detail is what separates safe, effective training from risky velocity chasing. Most velocity programs push the gas pedal without checking the brakes - leading to injury rates between 15-25%. The ArmCare.com approach flips that model; we build strength first, so the arm can handle the demands of high velocity. You can’t throw 90 in a 70 mph body. With this technology, we prioritize health, sustainability, and long term success on the mound.

I have used the ArmCare program for 2 season at Haddonfield and have seen tremendous results. Varsity pitchers are gaining 20+ lbs of strength in their arm which increases velocity safely and steadily all while keeping those arms healthy. We are creating Bullet Proof Arms.
